This client’s private company owns and lets a number of residential and commercial units in prime central London, with a particular focus on Mayfair.  They need to ensure that their properties are placed with a property management company that will maintain them to the highest standard, in order to successfully meet the needs of their clients, which include both private individuals and corporations.

The client purchased a residential townhouse in Mayfair that needed to be refurbished and interior designed, ready to launch for letting. In addition to this the client also required a company to manage both the letting of the property and the property itself.

The team at Pastor Real Estate met with the client and were able to provide a complete solution for preparing the property and the subsequent management and letting of it, seamlessly project managed. By involving Pastor Real Estate at the beginning of the project it was possible to discuss and consider the client’s needs and requirements for this specific property, taking into account the market that the property would be aimed at and the return desired.

The project was completed on time and on budget and a launch event held to introduce the property to the market 6 weeks after completion. As the client is not always in the UK, it was important that they place the property with a company experienced in dealing with renovations and preparing a property specifically for the rental market.
